Feeling the Effects

I’m whipped. In a span of 48 hours I did:
  • An 11-mile run
  • A 3500-yard swim workout
  • 40 miles on the bike
  • A 3000-yard swim workout
  • A 10-mile run
Not much for Crackhead, perhaps, but definitely a lot for me. And there’s more of the same on tap for tomorrow, so I’m hitting the hay.
